Appleton John de Guzman global accounts

Appleton, a supplier of electrical products for hazardous locations, appointed John de Guzman its new manager of global accounts, focusing on large petrochemical customers.

De Guzman most recently served as global accounts manager of oil & gas for General Electric’s Consumer and Industrial division. His career has taken him around the world, including Spain, Japan, Canada and all over the United States. His international experience, knowledge of the electrical and petrochemical industries, and his understanding of electrical distribution assures a quick transition into his new role, says Appleton.

He received an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto. After working for several years, he received an MBA with a focus in Corporate Finance and International Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
