Derek Bussey is the marketing manager for the Ametrix, Corelite, Failsafe, Metalux, MWS and Neoray brands. He has been involved in the electrical and lighting industry for over 10 years. Before joining Cooper Lighting in 2007, he held various marketing and technical sales positions with Stanpro Lighting and Beghelli Canada. Prior to this assignment, he served as marketing manager for Cooper Controls, HID and Outdoor Products. Bussey is pursuing his LC (Lighting Certified) designation and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.

Haidee Lam, LC, is the marketing manager for the Invue, iO, Lumark, MgGraw-Edison, RSA and Shaper brands. She has 10+ years of experience in application engineering, project management and lighting design. She rejoined Cooper after spending the past three years as a lighting designer at The Lighting Practice in Philadelphia, Pa. Lam holds a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

John Bouls is the brand manager for Lumiere. In addition to his current responsibilities as marketing communication manager, Bouls is responsible for directing and supporting Cooper Lighting’s factory and agent sales organizations while the company strives to expand its market share in the interior and exterior ambient segments. Bouls holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Culture and Information Technology (CCIT) and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, both from the University of Toronto. He also holds a Certificate of Digital Communications from Sheridan College, and is working toward becoming Lighting Certified.

Trevor Peyton is now a sales and marketing specialist for Cooper Controls. He most recently served as a national account manager with Philips-Canlyte, and possesses 11+ years of experience in the lighting industry. As part of this new role, he is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting growth strategies across the enterprise that will lead to increased market share in Cooper’s Lighting Controls segment. Peyton is Lighting Certified, and holds a Technologist Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Nova Scotia Institute of Technology (with a CET designation).

Finally, Mohammad Younus serves as manager, post sales and warranty. Younus joins the team from Siemens, where he served as a senior warranty coordinator. He possesses over 14 years of experience in root cause analysis, service coordination and warranty resolution. Younus holds an Electronics Engineering degree from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan.
