Solar Sales Specialist for its Oshawa division
You will be responsible directly or indirectly for all Solar Sales for Osso Electric Supplies. You will support all branch sales staff with solar sales. You will be working with vendors and customers to provide the best solar package.

What you’ll be doing: Sales
• Developing key relationships with customers including on site visits throughout Eastern Ontario.
• Building and developing relationships with Vendors, Agents and Consultants.
• Developing Strategies and building comprehensive packages to enable a successful solar business.
• Growing sales through developing, coaching and motivating branch sales staff and support teams.
• Representing Osso to the local and industry community.

What you’ll be paid
• Total compensation will be a competitive base salary + commission + car allowance + mileage.
• Group Extended Healthcare Benefits, RRSP matching, and education support.

Are you the Ideal Candidate? We hope so.
• College/University Diploma required (Business, Environmental and/or Sales & Marketing, Technical focus preferred)
• 3-5 years B2B sales experience
• Industry knowledge/experience preferred
• Strong organization skills
• Microsoft Office Knowledge
