Belligerent ballast
This is located in a heavy machine garage shop. We saw a lighting show (no pun intended) coming from a high-bay fixture. When the fixture was removed, we found the clear resin on the ballast coil had melted off, causing a ground fault.(Photo courtesy Michael Kelly of The Electrical Department Co.)
