Grow-Op House of Horror
Here are a couple of photos of a residential grow-op that the homeowner wanted repaired. As you can see, the tenants cut the foundation wall open to intercept the main underground hydro lines so as to bypass the meter.
Imagine trying to skin those wires and install the split bolt lugs on them live! Needless to say, the contractor said “Forget it!” and told them to find someone else. (Courtesy Moskal Electric.)
