Pitifully puny panel of putrescence
Michael writes: “I had a site meeting at a house and, when I opened this door in the basement, I noticed something odd. Someone had renovated the basement not that long ago; when they built the bathroom, they built the wall within 22 inches of the wall upon which the panel was mounted.
