July 11, 2012 - According to Electro-Federation Canada’s Electrical Council’s (EFC-EC) E-Talk #9, EC annual conference delegates received a copy of the 2012 Canadian Electrical Industry Profile (Electrical Manufacturers). Produced by EFC-EC, the booklet describes the size and scope of the industry in Canada: province by province; numbers of employees; size of market as well as number of factories. The book also reviews all 14 EFC-EC industry sections, describing their issues, dollar volume and forecasted growth. According to his opening message, Rick McCarten (vice-president of EFC-EC), says this is just the beginning: “this summer we will extend the survey to our distributors and manufacturers’ representatives”.
