April 18, 2011 : Ontario’s Durham College is launching an alternate delivery method—online—for electrical apprentices. It is recognized by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, but it needs students to fly. Electrical Business chatted with the dean, Norm Fenton, and a local electrical contractor, to find out why and for whom this is useful.
