While at NTEA’s Work Truck Show 2012, we attended an exclusive press event where GM Commercial officials announced details of the CNG (compressed natural gas) bi-fuel 2013 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD extended cab pickups.
The vehicles include a CNG-capable Vortec 6.0L V8 engine that promises to seamlessly transitions between CNG and gasoline fuel systems. Combined, the trucks offer a range of more than 650 miles.
