Future Building 2012 is an interactive, three-day exhibition provides young career-seekers with the opportunity to experience hands-on activities in all areas of the unionized construction sector, and showcases the partnerships between labour and management that help build Ontario’s future.
In this video we hear from event participants Bradley Watt and James Gribben (IBEW Local 353) and Robin Granger (OPG, Darlington Refurbishment Project), and the Ontario Construction Secretariat’s Jim Wright. In particular, we ask them why it is important to expose young minds to the skilled trades, and the kind of future they can expect.Last modified on Thursday, 12 April 2012 10:41
