 This is a very old factory. The electrical room is about 4-ft below grade, and the equipment is covered by a big wooden enclosure. After removing the wood panelling to make room for new equipment, we found the plant’s main 200A, 600V LIVE feeder was missing the most of its box. To add insult to injury, the conduit had water flowing up out of it.
