For over 40 years, Electrical Business has been Canada's authoritative voice for the electrical industry, and we continue to feature even more of the hands-on information you need to get the job done. We also invite everyone to share their knowledge, expertise, tips and tricks with their peers across Canada.

If you check our 2008 editorial calendar (below), you'll see it provides broad opportunities for contributing articles, news, story ideas, etc. to the magazine.

We will continue to feature our regular columns as well as investigative reports about important industry issues. As usual, we invite you to send letters to the editor, information on new products, open houses, anniversaries, etc. You name it, we want to know about it!

Get your news, information and articles into Electrical Business magazine... the only publication serving the Canadian electrical industry from coast to coast.

New Product announcements
Ensure products and services are available in Canada.

Industry News
Send information about you and the people in your company (i.e. promotions, new hires, etc.), company anniversaries, special promotions, awards, and the like. Also send information about acquisitions, mergers, new projects/contracts, etc. Include photos/visuals where possible.

Events
Send information about conferences, trade shows, open houses, seminars, etc. To give readers time to make plans to attend, send in the announcement a minimum of three months in advance.

Feature Articles
Feature stories are non-technical and are usually case studies of interesting projects and/or product applications.

Technical Articles
These articles address the nuts-and-bolts of electrical products, systems and insider know-how.

Regular Features
EB publishes several regular features: Code File, Trucks/Tools for the Trade, Regional Focus, etc. Feel free to write on something that falls under one of these topics.

Letters to the Editor
Send us your thoughts about the magazine and the information we publish, or use this as a forum for sharing your views on something important to the industry.
