Our target audience are men and
women 21 years of age and older looking for access to high paying technical jobs.
Students may take course with our sister school, Don Valley Academy which will
count towards an Ontario Secondary School Diploma. Individuals who require
optional credits will be able to earn credits towards their OSSD through Don
Valley Academy.

Assessment and Analysis

Trades Orientation for Men and
Women

Applicants will receive an occupational assessment to determine strengths and
opportunities relating to general technical programs

Training Delivery

Courses are delivered by
certified skilled trades people

In-class course
component of 12 weeks, 6 hrs. per day

Training is conducted
in a state of the art facility within a two story home mock-up structure

Each student will
receive a set of industry tools, and safety equipment.

PAT Institute will
arrange funding for all students that qualify

Industry standard
safety training in compliance with the WHIMS requirements

country. With 35% of experienced trades people becoming eligible for retirement,
in a market where construction permit requests continue to reach record levels,
we offer the practical training to pursue these opportunities.
