April 21, 2015 – The president & CEO of EPCOR Utilities Inc., David Stevens, is retiring, but will remain in his position as the board initiates the recruitment process for his replacement.

“David has accomplished a significant amount in his tenure with EPCOR, achieving solid financial and operational results, and growth in our business,” said board chair Hugh J. Bolton.

“We are sorry to see David retire, but respect his decision to do so at this stage of life and wish him the best,” continued Bolton. “Our Board is now focused on the search for a new president & CEO who will have the opportunity to lead a strong management team, and carry forward the company’s commitment to excellence.”

EPCOR’s wholly owned subsidiaries build, own and operate electrical transmission and distribution networks, water and wastewater treatment facilities and infrastructure in Canada and the United States.
