Greg Galluccio named MaxLite vice-president of product management, engineering

April 22, 2015 – MaxLite has appointed Greg Galluccio, an executive with more than 30 years of electrical industry experience, as vice-president of product management and engineering.

Galluccio will lead a cross-functional team to develop, test and bring to market product enhancements and new product ideas, MaxLite said.

“Greg has a proven track record of driving results through the development of competitive products,” said Jim Hunter, MaxLite senior vice-president of sales and marketing. “His technical expertise and ability to lead across teams will play pivotal roles in advancing MaxLite’s solutions-based approach to the market and ensuring we deliver on what our partners and customers need.”

Prior to joining MaxLite, Galluccio served as director of LED business development and product management at Leviton Manufacturing Company, where he established the company’s corporate LED strategy and go-to-market plan. Before this appointment, he held leadership roles at Global Advantage International and Underwriters Laboratories (UL). As director of business transformation at UL, he led a cross-functional team tasked with establishing new roles, processes and performance measures across the company. He also served as director of engineering, and established a new division at UL’s Canadian affiliate to handle electrical testing and product certification.
