March 13, 2013 - The IEEE IAS Electrical Safety, Technical & Mega Projects  (ESTMP) Workshop provides a forum for exchanging and advancing industry knowledge in the areas of safety, engineering design and system reliability of electrical systems and technologies for the execution of Mega Projects, and it has issued a Call for Papers for the 2014 event, being held March 3-5 in Calgary, Alta.

I recently returned from the IEEE Industry Applications Society’s Electrical Safety Workshop in Daytona Beach, and what a collection of electrical safety talent! While it would be nice to say we’ve eliminated all risk from the workplace, we know that’s impossible...
