September 26, 2014 - General Glass International has been cited by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for 10 serious safety violations, including five electrical safety hazards found at its fabrication and design centre at 101 Venture Way in Secaucus, N.J. Initiated after a complaint, the March 2014 inspection proposes $45,540 US in penalties.

McAfee Electric fined $51,000 after worker suffers burns

September 26, 2014 - The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) has cited McAfee Electric with one willful and one serious safety violation, carrying proposed penalties of $51,000 US.
