Mike Mastroyiannis replaces Nicolai Wiest as Traxon CEO
January 27, 2012 - Electrical Business has learned of a change in Traxon Technologies Ltd.’s management team. Effective January 1, 2012, Nicolai Wiest resigned from his position as CEO. Effective the same date, managing director Mike Mastroyiannis was appointed CEO.

Osram acquires remaining shares of Traxon Technologies
November 9, 2011 - Osram announced it has acquired the remaining shares of Traxon Technologies from its joint venture partner as of November 9, 2011. This acquisition is a further step for Osram, it says, toward becoming one of the leading suppliers of LED lighting solutions.
