Fluke Networks announces OneTouch AT Network Assistant
October 1, 2012 - The new Fluke OneTouch AT Network Assistant claims to automate troubleshooting of the most common end-user issues in about a minute, greatly reducing the time it takes to close network trouble tickets and ensure end-user satisfaction. The device tests wired and wireless networks from the client to the cloud with a one-button auto test feature, offering users the fastest way to troubleshoot end-user issues that generally take up 25% of a network technician’s workday to resolve, says Fluke. The tester also features a smartphone touchscreen and enhanced ruggedness for durability in the field.
