December 5, 2012 - PowerStream has announced its annual charity golf tournament, held this September at the Nottawasaga Inn Resort in Alliston, Ont., raised the largest total amount in the five-year history of the tournament being a charity event. It netted more than $90,000 for the company’s 2012 fundraising campaign in support of the United Way of York Region and the United Way of Greater Simcoe County.

July 20, 2012 - Amid a summer of sweltering temperatures, there couldn't have been a more pleasant day than yesterday for a round of golf at the Ontario Energy Network (OEN) annual Sunnybrook Foundation charity golf tournament.

July 20, 2012 - EBMag has learned from CenturyVallen (part of Sonepar Canada) that the Recreation for Life Foundation Golf Tournament—of which CenturyVallen was the title sponsor—raised over $75,000 for charity. The tournament was held in Edmonton at the Derrick Golf & Winter Club in June 2012.

Yesterday, the Greater Toronto Area broke a record for highest temperature on July 17, but that didn’t stop diehards from hitting the links at Milton’s Royal Ontario G.C. for the 7th Annual Electrical Contractors Association of Ontario (ECAO) IBEW golf tournament. (Photos A. Capkun)
