“A great opportunity to connect” at AEA’s 2020 Learning Expo

November 19, 2020 | By Anthony Capkun

November 19, 2020 – “We saw an opportunity to innovate, and make the [Electrical Learning] Expo happen despite the barriers of 2020,” says Tara Ternes, executive director of the Alberta Electrical Alliance. “It’s such a great opportunity to connect. This year, we really need ‘connection’ more than ever.”

Like so many other groups and associations, the Alberta Electrical Alliance was forced to reschedule its annual Learning Expo due to Covid. Typically held in March, the 2-day Expo was moved to October 2020 but, with the second wave of Covid upon us, the alliance has chosen not to abandon the event, but to instead take it online, next week, November 24 and 25.

Give a listen to my chat with Tara to learn more about this year’s AEA Learning Expo, its great speaker line-up PLUS the fact that it is open to everyone, not just Albertans.
