The AC Group of Companies (www.acgroup.org)  including AC Oilfield Supply, AC Technologies & Field Services, and AC Environmental  is being merged into Enertia Engineering Ltd. (www.ac-tfs.com).

The new company will operate two primary divisions. The first provides
engineering consulting services focused on oil, gas, utility, mining,
and heavy industry. The second division provides manufacturing services
for electrical surface equipment, drives, electronics and specialized
technologies for interconnected distributed generation to utility
grids.

AC Environmental will continue to run under its original banner.
