April 30, 2014 – Acuity Brands has launched the Whisper LED luminaire from Mark Architectural Lighting, a fixture delivering 91 lumens per watt.

The luminaire features slightly sloping side panels and an articulated centre panel to create depth and appealing angles, differentiating the design from other architectural troffers, says the company. Users can choose between three sizes—1 x 4, 2 x 2 and 2 x 4—in normal and high output lumen packages with 3000K, 3500K and 4000K correlated colour temperature options. Featuring eldoLED drivers, the fixture boasts ultra-smooth dimming resolution from 100% to less than 1%.
