June 12, 2013 – Acuity Brands now offers its VRC canopy light, TWR1 and TWR2 wall packs, TWS wall pack and TDD area light from Lithonia Lighting with LED technology. The five new LED luminaires resemble the classic appearance of traditional light source predecessors, but deliver up to 86% in energy savings compared to metal halide, says the company. The VRC canopy is designed to replace up to 250W MH fixtures. The TWR1 and TWR2 wall packs provide between 62 to 83 L/W, while TWR2 wall packs provide 89 L/W. The TWS wall pack replaces up to 70W HPS wall packs. Finally, TDD area lights can replace up to 100W MH while consuming 20W.
