AD Safety Network Division debuts January 2021

September 1, 2020 – AD has finalized the merger agreement with Tampa, Fla.-based SafetyNetwork, with January 1, 2021, set as the closing date, thereby creating within AD a safety-dedicated division for independent distributors specializing in the safety market.
The AD Safety Network Division will be led by Marisol Fernandez, who is also the president of the Industrial & Safety–U.S. Division.
