March 17, 2022 – Aliaxis SA, a player in the manufacture and distribution of piping systems, is acquiring Harco (Harrington Corp.), a producer of fittings located in Virginia.

“Harco is a well-established brand in municipal, irrigation and agriculture end-markets,” said Eric Olsen, Aliaxis CEO. “Harco will be part of IPEX […] and will result in an expanded product portfolio to a broader customer base.”
