January 9, 2013 – Alumen8A has developed the Curl series of ceiling-suspended direct or direct/indirect T5 curved pendant luminaires. According to Alumen8A, the pendants serve as a replacement for interior HID (High-Intensity Discharge), T12 fluorescent, incandescent and halogen light fixtures. Available in 2-ft., 3-ft., 4-ft. or 8-ft. individual fixtures or 12-ft., 16-ft., 20-ft. or 24-ft. joined rows. Users can also choose between a button occupancy sensor, daylight-harvesting function, emergency ballasts, and dimming options.
