November 26, 2012 – Appleton has expanded and redesigned its Mercmaster LED series, describing it as the most efficient and advanced line of LED fixtures for industrial and hazardous environments. According to the company, the new fixtures offer a more flexible, modular design that allows retrofits and plant expansions to meet unique installation requirements. A total of six different types of mounting hoods are available. The LED fixtures comply with CSA, NEMA and UL applicable standards for industrial areas, as well as marine and wet locations.
