January 22, 2013 – Arlington Industries claims its new low profile TVL508 TV box is ideal for flat screen TV installations on 1/2-in. or 5/8-in. drywall with wall cavity depths of 3/4-in. or larger. Retrofit applications include furring strips on concrete block, 2×2, 2×3, and 2×4 or larger studs. Mounting wing screws are provided to secure the box. According to Arlington, the cULus listed TV box accommodates multiple cables, while wire management brackets keep them neat and organized.
