November 21, 2013 – Ascent Solutions Inc. announced a new partnership with HD Utilities and Burman Energy for the provision of LED lighting conversions to municipalities and ICI (industrial, commercial, institutional) customers.

“Ascent and its affiliates have been providing street lighting services to municipalities for over 100 years; this new program brings our experience to the forefront and, with offices across Ontario, we are well able to serve the future needs of our customers with an industry-first warranty program,” said Laurie Skinner, president and COO of Ascent.

Through the partnership, Ascent will provide LED street and commercial lighting conversions, including engineering, procurement and construction, warranted by a 10-year complete system warranty for labour and materials.

HD will offer a range of cobra head and decorative lighting products, controls and smart lighting technologies, while Burman Energy will handle the administration of Ontario Power Authority (OPA) financial incentives and energy analysis for Ontario Energy Board (OEB) reporting and Community Energy Plans.
