October 8, 2013 – Atkore International Inc. is acquiring the assets of Ridgeline Pipe Manufacturing (owned by EP Lenders II LLC), a U.S. manufacturer of, among other things, electrical PVC conduit, fittings and elbows. Terms of the sale were undisclosed.

“We’re excited about the acquisition of Ridgeline, which expands our PVC product portfolio,” said Bill Waltz, president of Atkore’s Plastic Pipe & Conduit business unit.

Ridgeline Pipe employs nearly 100 full-time and temporary workers at its Eugene, Ore., facility, which is able to operate 24/7. The facility will continue its operations at its current location.
