November 26, 2012 – Beacon Products has released the Viper LED in two models and sizes for roadway, walkway and parking-lot lighting applications. Viper is designed to replace up to one 1000W-metal halide or high-pressure sodium lights in the same applications, as retrofit or new installation. Models are available with LED arrays ranging from 22-96 LEDs, in square or rectangular patterns, multiple wattages, all on metal-clad circuit boards. Viper is CSA certified for wet locations.
