BetaLED debuts Essentia surface cylinder luminaire at Lightfair 2011

August 22, 2011 – BetaLED, a division of Ruud Lighting Inc., debuted the new surface cylinder design of its family of Essentia architectural interior LED luminaries at Lightfair International 2011. According to BetaLED, the 10 x 20-in. luminaire can be configured with 28, 42 or 56 LEDs with optics that maximize light delivered through the aperture. Standard colour temperatures include 2700K, 3000K, 3500K and 4000K. The luminaire features wide, medium and narrow distributions, standard 0- to 10-volt dimming to 5% power and 45-degree cut-off.
