July 4, 2011 – Bosch calls its GLM 80, a 90-degree tilt sensor laser distance measurer that is combined with the optional R 60 digital level attachment, the “most versatile laser measuring tool in the market.” It is the self-proclaimed first Li-ion battery-powered combination laser distance and angle measurer, and incorporates new features such as the ability to measure heights of and distances to objects with only one click of a button. For added versatility, Bosch notes that the GLM 80 can also be placed inside the R 60 digital level attachment, which transforms the GLM 80 into a digital level.
