October 17, 2012 – The new Burndy Y10MRSA1 is a ratchet style hand tool designed specifically to accommodate Burndy J dies (purchased separately) from #22 – #10 AWG. For use on various Small Hydent connectors and Hysplice splices; insulated or bare. According to Burndy, the lightweight Y10MRSA1 features a compact narrow nose useful in tight access areas along with an ergonomic design requiring less handle force for ease of operator use.
