March 27, 2017 – Industry players continue to join Canada’s Best Managed Companies; the latest inductees are distributors Daltco Electric and Source Atlantic.

New Brunswick’s Source Atlantic says it is one of the region’s leading supply chain management businesses, supplying a variety of goods, technical services, business and learning management solutions.

Daltco Electric is an Ontario-based wholesale electrical, lighting and automation distributor, served the residential, commercial and industrial marketplace. Its HQ is located in Kingston, with branches in Brockville and Ottawa.

According to Deloitte, Best Managed companies develop a culture that embraces change; they tend to invest in their people, “with a focus on fostering diversity and inclusion, developing leadership capacities, and investing in learning and growth to upskill their workforce,” while investing in “productivity and adaptability”, which includes software, equipment and new processes.
