January 8, 2018 – SNC-Lavalin reports it has signed an out-of-court agreement with the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC), representing a full and final settlement of all the disputes contemplated by the agreement.

You may recall this project has been mired in allegations of bribery and contractual funny-business, with SNC executives being charged with conspiracy, and SNC suing MUHC over changes to the superhospital contract.

SNC credits a mediation process agreed to by both parties—and entered into earlier in 2017—for achieving the settlement.

The details of that agreement will remain confidential.
