Canadians Standing Up to COVID – Ep. 04: Amy Carter

April 17, 2020 | By Anthony Capkun

”When I think of front line workers, I think of our people out at the branches who are keeping our company going [...] And I just wanted to do something to help out.“

In this episode of “Canadians Standing Up to COVID”, Anthony Capkun is joined by Amy Carter, technical solutions manager with Gerrie Electric Wholesale Ltd., whose technical aptitude extends beyond automation and instrumentation into the realm of fabrics, threads, needles… and face masks for her front line colleagues at Gerrie Electric.

“When I think of front line workers, I think of our people out at the branches who are keeping our company going,” says Amy. “Without people delivering the goods, and without people keeping the branches running, the company comes to a stop. And I just wanted to do something to help out.”
