Canasia Power Corporation announced its wholly owned subsidiary, Canasia Solar Corporation, is establishing a solar module manufacturing facility in the London, Ont. region.

The plant will have a 50MW per annum capacity to start creating over
100 jobs in Southern Ontario, and will expand to a 200MW capacity
resulting in over 500 new jobs. The company plans to export the
majority of its production to markets in India and the Middle East.
