July 30, 2014 – GridPoint—a player in data-driven energy management systems (EMS)—has announced Canem Systems as the first Canadian extension of its Channel Partner Program, meaning Canem has chosen to resell GridPoint’s EMS products as part of its strategy to offer “best-of-breed” energy and carbon savings solutions to their customers.
“Providing actionable information is a necessity for today’s energy management systems,” noted Clint Undseth, vice-president of corporate development at Canem.
Canem was founded in 1960 as an electrical contracting firm in Vancouver, B.C., and currently has a workforce of over 1200 people with offices in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Winnipeg, Vancouver and Vancouver Island.
