May 10, 2013 – Hand tool company C.H. Hanson says it is launching a full line of 1000V-rated, fully insulated tools for the electrical and maintenance professional. It is partnering with U.K. tool manufacturer Insulated Tools Ltd. (ITL) to be the sole North American supplier of ITL’s complete line of insulated hand tools to professionals. The tools will be marketed under the C.H. Hanson/ITL brand name. Every tool meets or exceeds IEC 60900 and ASTM F1505; they have also achieved Category C for use in extreme temperatures (tested to withstand impact after subjected to temperatures from -40F to 158F+ for two hours). The lineup includes everything from screwdrivers, wrenches and pliers to inspection mirrors and torque wrenches.
