Chloride’s new CP3000NV series of 3-phase UPS (module ratings from 60 kVA to 160 kVA) targets medium-sized data centres, light industrial systems and other mid-range power protection applications. The CP3000NV series features AC-AC operating efficiencies of 95%, a flat load/efficiency curve, lower heat rejection to reduce cooling loads, and Green Battery Management technology (minimizes power consumption through “intelligent” battery charging). To minimize direct electrical and cooling costs, the CP3000NV Series is transformer-less at 208/208V and 480/480V, which translates into lower overall weight and a smaller footprint. The IGBT front-end assures low input harmonics, says Chloride, and simple generator interface.
