While it is permitted to use electrical non-metallic tubing (ENT) underground and in concealed locations, it is not permitted in exposed locations.

Question 2
When installing receptacles for dwelling units, the CE Code requires that no point along the floor line of any usable wall space is more than  metres horizontally from a receptacle in that or an adjoining space.
