January 30, 2014 – William (Bill) Smith, president of Electrozad Supply, announced the electrical distributor’s board has approved an amalgamation of the three Electrozad corporations effective February 1, 2015.

According to Electro-Federation Canada, Electrozad Supply Co. Ltd., Electrozad Supply Co. (London) Ltd. and Electrozad Supply Co. (Sarnia) Ltd. will come together under the (legal) name of Electrozad Supply Co. Ltd. The amalgamated entity will be branded as Electrozad Supply.

“Our combined companies have significant opportunities for growth and will continue to expand their business model by providing their customers with quality products, service and solutions,” said Smith.

The Electrozad executive team of John Jenner, Dave Kruk, Lewis Mitchell, Jim Miners and Bill Smith will drive the amalgamation process, providing “long-term opportunities to their employees by sharing best practices while building on each location’s strengths to improve service levels and drive consistency”.

Electrozad Supply is a member of Affiliated Distributors, with five locations serving Southwestern Ontario for 60 years.
