July 4, 2012 – Cooper Lighting’s IRiS product line includes the P3LED directional series, a 3″- aperture LED recessed series, which the company claims is the world’s first Zhaga certified luminaire. The P3LED directional series is currently available in 3000K CCT, 85 CRI typical (80 CRI minimum) and claims to achieve 70% of initial lumens (L70B50) at 50,000 hours. Depending on beam angle and optical distribution, the luminaire delivers over 1,000 lumens and can replace up to a 75W low voltage tungsten-halogen MR16 type lamp.
