Cooper Wiring debuts Patrol Combination Nightlight GFCI

September 5, 2012 | By Alyssa Dalton

September 5, 2012 – The new Patrol Combination Nightlight GFCI receptacle from Cooper Wiring Devices claims to be one of the safest alternatives currently on the market. Designed for residential and commercial applications, the tamper-resistant (TR) solution includes a lockout feature that renders the receptacle inoperable if improperly wired or tripped and denies power and prevents resetting if no longer providing GFCI protection, says the company. Also included in the receptacle is a light sensor that automatically turns the nightlight On or Off depending on light levels. The product is cULus listed.
