July 25, 2012 – Cooper Wiring Devices has introduced its Savant LT sensor switches, which feature Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor technology to help sense movement from heat emitting bodies and detect the presence of people in a room. Users turn the adjustable dial to preset lighting time delays from five to 30 minutes. The sensor switches offer 450-sf of coverage and colour-matched lenses in six different colours, and are compatible with 120V/60Hz applications and loads of up to 600W or 1/6 HP and provide single-pole (single-location) and three-way (multi-location) wiring.
