February 2, 2012 – Atkore International’s Cope Wire Basket gets a new name in North America! After manufacturing wire basket under the Cope brand in North America and under the Acroba brand in the rest of the world, Atkore is now producing wire basket globally under the Acroba brand.

“We have been producing wire basket solutions under the Acroba brand outside of North America for the last several years with great traction. It makes sense for us to take this step today and serve a worldwide market under the Acroba brand,” said Gene Hancock, senior marketing manager for Atkore’s cable management business. “Under the Acroba brand name North American customers will continue to receive the highest levels of quality and service, while benefitting from increased collaboration as a global team.”

Wire basket tray is a welded wire mesh cable management system produced from high strength steel wires. The mesh system allows for continuous airflow to prevent heat or dust build-up, it explained, adding that it features the Clic Auto-lock for faster connections and quicker installations.
