August 20, 2015 – The Electrical Safety Authority is notifying the public that Cordelia Lighting has announced a voluntary corrective action program for its commercial dual light emergency fixture, model HB9013P.

It is believed a limited number of these products (SKU# 656612) may have been incorrectly labeled. Certain marking labels need to be visible after installation per requirements of Canadian safety standards. The applicable marking labels were placed in locations that are not visible after installation.

Approximately 4,750 units were sold in Ontario and 10,755 across Canada at Home Depot between February 2010 and August 2015.

Consumers should contact Cordelia Lighting to arrange for replacement labels and proper relabeling instructions to be provided. Call 1-800-345-0542, email info@cordelia.com, or send a fax to 310-886-3497.
