Craig Paylor retires from JLG

Craig Paylor, president of JLG Industries, Inc. (an Oshkosh Corp. company) and executive vice-president of Oshkosh Corp., announced his retirement. Wilson Jones, executive vice-president of Oshkosh and president of Oshkosh’s Fire and Emergency segment, has been named Paylor’s successor. Paylor will step down July 1.

In 1978, Paylor joined JLG as a district sales manager and early on
held various positions in sales and business development. In 1999, he
became the senior vice-president of sales and market development until
he became president of JLG in May 2007.

Jones joined Oshkosh in 2005 as vice-president and
general manager of the airport products business after more than 20
years in the specialty vehicle manufacturing industry. Later, he became
vice-president of sales and marketing for the fire and emergency group.
In 2007, Jones was promoted to president of Pierce Manufacturing and
to executive vice-president of the fire and emergency segment in 2008.
